Lyrics

Has someone already done this song before? Yes. Could I let a custom like that stand in the way of really wanting to hear Kjerstin Onstad do a jingle version this song every time my daughter listens to the real one? No, I could not. Maybe that's a weakness, and I apologize to anyone who feels transgressed. But this had to happen, and I hope when you hear it you'll feel the same way.

Kevin, no (Let it go)
Lyrics by Steven Maloney
Performed by Kjerstin Onstad

The snow glows white on top Rockville Pike,
It excites the weather teams.
It defies my winter forecast,
And Mr. Tony looks displeased.

The wind is pelting Rehobeth and Chuck Bell lied,
Still Did an F+ job, said I didn't try

I see the snow, I see the rain,
How could I know you already did that game?
Conceal, don't show, your news is old,
Somehow they know

Kevin no, Kevin no
We've done this story before
Kevin no, Kevin no
Nigel's pushing you out the door
No one cares about Cubs contracts
Unless a storm rains down
Seems like you don't have any facts.

This is impressive... the degree of difficulty in singing this song is way up there. Very "Broadway" feel and sound all over the lyrics and vocals... perfect.

You'll get no grief from me. I'd listen to Kjerstin sing the phone book (if they still had them. Did I just skew old, or what?) Terrific job outta both of you!
