It wasn’t long ago they
took a muddy piece of land
and they built a place for dogs to run and play
At first support was unanimous
now there’s growing animal animus

They say the dog park’s noisy ‘cause they bark
all the rich people are going wild
“Someone take this fence down right away!”
The debate was quite fur-ocious
but the board just passed a motion
I guess the puppies won’t be sniffing butts again
