Lyrics

For Kj having 76 jingles posted to her credit, but we all know there's many more that wouldn't exist without her contributions. Once again, be careful what you ask for in the comments...

We email you when we need you,
When we need notes that are higher
You come through, you always do
For just a "Featuring" byline

Well, you could sing the phone book
And we'd still listen

You've got 76
But lots more when you include duets
They may be posted by someone else
But without you they wouldn't exist
So... um, more than 76!
You are the number one jingling chick
The go to for Nora Jones or Annie Lennox
That Cranberries singer or any yodeling
More than 76!

Parody of "Simply the Best" by Tina Turner

Joe last week talking shop. Jason this week. it makes me so happy that Satch genuinely seems to be fascinated by the jingle-making process.

Loved the show today. Like seeing Aldridge on TV! I think we're all proud of Uranus.

In answer to Tony's question about a jingle I'm proud of, I opted for the sincere answer, but my first thought was, "Well, I am proud of Uranus." I'm a musician not a comedian, so had stay in my lane.

This just in: Jason Fuse is pretty pretty good. I guess I WAS too late. Incredible turnaround and I'm so touched, trolling or not :). GarageBand is back up but this will still hold for a while. In fact, maybe I should just retire right here. Seems like a good way to go out. Thanks so much, Jason!

Jerry's right: This might actually be the least evergreen song ever - considering it immediately is invalid when Kj posts 77. But it could also be the MOST evergreen/timely song ever with just a short punch in vocal to increment the number each time. Future-proof design! (I know I'm an idiot.)

The data exists to map contributors, I just don't aggregate the number. So theoretically, I just need to change the algorithm if someone is interested in that stat. Btw, are we going to get one of these tunes for everyone now? Is there a threshold? Talk about a non-evergreen topic to sing about! :D

Come on, this whole website wouldn't exist without that saxophone playing Norwegian chick!! And they're probably my 76 favorites!! Thanks for doing these, my man.

That's more like it Jason! Turnaround time gets any shorter this will just be a call-in show, you'll sing your jingle, then hang up and listen. KJ very deserving of her own song. One of these days a Jingles hobbyist will actually go out and conduct a true jingle count including contributions to other songs. I can't tell you guys how much I enjoy this whole thing. And it's not like I'm some creepy cat lady, but part of my day includes listening to something that makes me happy.
