Lyrics

Tone's got something to say and its caused him pain,
When someone brings up the phrase “Do you know who I am?”
He’s gonna shout read loud,
And get real mad,
Because Tone told you before, oh,
He didn’t say that

John "Junior" Feinstein,
Put those words in Tony’s mouth
And Tony screams,
That wan’t the case I feel so debased

So please Mr. Tony, just drink some red wine,
And know the quote’s ascribed to you till the end of time
You're gonna shout read loud,
And get real mad,
Because Tone told you before, oh,
He didn’t say that

He didn't say that

Well, we don't need no emulation [Pink Floyd] [ever listen to Pink Anderson?][but I digress.] I have the aforementioned Rickenbacker 12 that wants you to play it for "I wish they all could be Ashkenazi girls" in a collaboration of all time bad taste. Soooo, Guitar hero video game. It cut out the second verse so I thought it couldn't be standard karaoke, Funny that they were able to get the backing vocals and stereo effects so perfectly aligned with your intentions. Anyhoo, does your emulator emulate amp based tremolo? Cause I gots me an idee.

Well I can play one but this is merely a karaoke track. The Beatles released many original backing tracks for the guitar hero video game about 5 years ago and many are available online for your crooning pleasure. To answer your last question more fully I have a line 6 electric guitar that has emulation hardware and software that allows more to use a '66 or '68 Rickenbacker 12 string sound. In case we ever need to do a Rutles song...

The more I listen to this, the more immaculate it seems. The rhyme case/debased!

Thanks for the props Prime Jingler Number One. You nailed my act right there - attempting to recreate, sometimes nearly on key.

Oh, my god, is this ever good work! It sounds produced at the source and not commercially. The arrangement is spot on, the usage of stereo effects quite marvelous singing harmony is good [not perfect mind you] but what you were going for was immediately apparent and consummately realized. Congratulations.
