Lyrics

Ostensibly for Howard and his new moniker, but like everything else lately, it ends up being about Tony's restaurant. We kid cuz we love. Shout out to Steve for sending me the idea of putting this song with "3DP" a month ago - at the same time I was trying to come up with a concept for it - great minds think alike, and so do ours. I couldn't get an angle on the verse back then though. Thanks as always to Kj, Rob, and Luke for feedback on all of it.

Finally, thanks to the Chatter breakfast menu, as all food items listed here are currently being served there apparently whenever they are open, with no limited breakfast hours listed that I could find. I'm gonna get scrambled eggs at 8pm when I go there, cause breakfast food for dinner is awesome. (BTW - my favorite part of the Chatter menu on the website is the WiFi password.)

LYRICS:
(d,d,d, & p... d,d,d, & p)

3DP, not spatial urination
But Howard's got a new name that
All the Littles are out there sayin'
D is for doctor, P is professor, yeah, but
Getting a sign changed from a old name, that's what's tough

It's sorta like getting a degree minus all matriculation
Dr Tony says it's harder being rich and famous.
But 3DP, it seems he respects us
Oh, did I mention Chatter is now open for breakfast? (Eat it!)

Whatever happened to those others from his band The Classics?
Bail bondsman and/or driving cars, like those Uber taxis?
As for cars, Howard's license plate says 3DP
Speaking of plates, did you know Tony owns an eatery?

Don't mind the sign, with the C to the H to the A to the D
The name's not "Chader"... (Is it "Chadest" maybe?)
But back to 3DP, cause he's the topic, clearly
Quick aside: Have you tried Wilbon's Chili?

How many celebrity interns have you helped to birth?
Or have you ever held a job that covered more than Earth?
Well if you want to see him, come on down to Chatter
Open for breakfast - that's all that matters.

Come down for 3DP (and pay Tony)
Come down for 3DP (buy breakfast please)
Come down for 3DP (how about corned beef?)
You wanna meet 3DP? (your meal won't be free)
Come down for 3DP (a Reuben maybe?)
Come down for 3DP (bagels w/ cream cheese?)
Come down for 3DP (or mixed berries?)
You wanna meet 3DP? (it costs money)

Parody of "OPP" - Naughty by Nature.

Fantastic. This has so many good lines. John and Luke bring up great ones and I love the "How many celebrity interns have you helped to birth? Or have you ever held a job that covered more than Earth? " lines. Tops!

Just terrific! Performance is tops, and the intricacy of it all just baffles. "Speaking of plates, did you know Tony owns an eatery?" is by far my fave laugh line!

Yeah, that opening paragraph is already long enough to be my dissertation.

Nice execution - you're the go to Howard Fineman singer. Can an honorary Doctorate of Jingleology be far behind for you?
